যাচাই কখনো টাকা, ওটিপি বা পিন চায় না
যাচাই কখনো আপনার কাছে টাকা, ওটিপি, পিন, পাসওয়ার্ড বা এনআইডির ছবি চায় না, এবং কাউকে ফোন বা মেসেজ করে এসব চায় না। যাচাইয়ের নামে কেউ এগুলো চাইলে বুঝবেন সেটি প্রতারণা। আমাদের একমাত্র ঠিকানা:

আমরা কী সংগ্রহ করি
- আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ইমেইল বা অ্যাকাউন্ট আমরা চাই না।
- আপনি যা যাচাই করেন, সেটির লেখা আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি না, যদি না আপনি নিজে সংরক্ষণের অনুমতির ঘরে টিক দেন। শুধু যাচাইয়ের ফল ও প্রতারণার ধরন পরিচয়হীনভাবে রাখা হয়।
- অভিযোগের ক্ষেত্রে আপনার দেওয়া নম্বর, পেজ বা লিংক, টাকার পরিমাণ ও জেলা রাখা হয়; বার্তার লেখা থাকে কেবল অনুমতি দিলে।
- একই নম্বর নিয়ে কতজন আলাদা মানুষ অভিযোগ করেছেন তা গোনার জন্য আমরা একটি এলোমেলো সংকেত রাখি, যা প্রতিদিন বদলায়। আপনার আইপি ঠিকানা আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি না।
তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার হয়
সংগৃহীত তথ্য দিয়ে যাচাইয়ের ফল আরও নির্ভুল করা হয়, প্রতারণার ধরন নিয়ে পরিচয়হীন পরিসংখ্যান তৈরি হয়, এবং ব্যাংক, মোবাইল আর্থিক সেবা ও অন্যান্য প্রতিষ্ঠানকে প্রতারণায় ব্যবহৃত নম্বর, অ্যাকাউন্ট ও লিংক সম্পর্কে জানানো হয়। আপনাকে শনাক্ত করা যায় এমন কোনো তথ্য আমরা বিক্রি করি না।
যাচাইয়ের ফল কী বোঝায়
যাচাইয়ের ফল একটি সতর্ক মূল্যায়ন, আইনি সিদ্ধান্ত নয়। "কিছু পাওয়া যায়নি" মানে নিরাপদ নয়। আমরা কোনো ব্যক্তিকে অপরাধী বলি না; আমরা জানাই কোনো নম্বর, পেজ বা লিংক নিয়ে কতগুলো যাচাইকৃত অভিযোগ আছে এবং সরকারি তালিকায় কী আছে। কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠান টাকা দিয়ে যাচাইয়ের ফল বদলাতে পারে না। কোনো তথ্য ভুল মনে হলে নিচের ঠিকানায় জানান; আমরা তা পর্যালোচনা করব।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের মালিকানা বদলালে
যাচাই মেনগ্রোভ ইন্টেলিজেন্সের একটি সেবা। ভবিষ্যতে সেবাটি অন্য কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানের কাছে হস্তান্তর বা একীভূত হলে পরিচয়হীন তথ্য সেই উত্তরসূরি প্রতিষ্ঠানের কাছে যেতে পারে, এবং তারা এই নীতির শর্ত মেনে চলতে বাধ্য থাকবে।

Jachai never asks for money, OTPs or PINs
Jachai never asks you for money, an OTP, a PIN, a password or a photo of your NID, and never calls or messages anyone to ask for them. Anyone who does so in Jachai's name is a scammer. Our only address is jachai.mangroveintel.com.
What we collect
We do not ask for your name, phone number, email or an account. The text you check is not stored unless you tick the box allowing it; otherwise only the result and the type of scam are kept, without anything that identifies you. Reports keep the numbers, pages or links you give, the amounts and the district, and the message text only with your permission. To count how many different people reported the same number, we keep a scrambled code that changes every day. We do not store your IP address.
How the information is used
It is used to make checks more accurate, to produce anonymous statistics on scams, and to tell banks, mobile financial services and other institutions about numbers, accounts and links used in fraud. We do not sell information that identifies you.
What a result means
A result is a cautious assessment, not a legal finding, and "nothing found" does not mean safe. We do not call any person a criminal; we show how many verified reports exist about a number, page or link and what the official registers say. No organisation can pay to change a result. If you think something we show is wrong, write to us and we will review it.
If ownership changes
Jachai is a service of Mangrove Intelligence. If the service is transferred to or merged with another organisation, anonymised data may pass to that successor, which will be bound by this policy.
